Thanks for viewing our web site. We are a friendly bunch and our aim to give everyone that comes along to our meets an enjoyable time and so much so that you keep coming back for more. Our meets range from Dorset to North Oxfordshire and include some picturesque towns such as Henley on Thames and Abingdon where you can enjoy a walk along the Thames. Most meets do not require booking.(Only Horsley & South Lytchett require prior booking) so just turn up and enjoy yourselves. Our entertainments range from Bingo to boules, conkers and archery. Note: Per unit costs quoted below are for 2 adults and children up to 18 yrs.

Easter meet. Horsley C&CC 18th Apr-21st Apr. Booking required. Fully booked.
Our first visit to Horsley C&CC site for our Easter meet. Plenty of fun and games in store in the hands of our our very friendly stewards Andy and Lynn. Also there is a fishing lake on site (rod licence required). Decorate your unit to celebrate this occation.

May day at Swiss Farm Henley on Thames. 1st May - 8th May. Opens 12:00pm £18 pun No need to book.
Our may day meet at Swiss Farm Henley on Thames should be a bumper weekend with VE day celebrations. Dress up in the WW2 outfits,(optional) enjoy a street party and experience Franks famous punch. Again stewarded by our wonderful hosts Andy,Lynn, Frank & Margaret Please bring as many decorations for your unit as you can.

Salisbury Rugby Club THS £17pun 23rd May- 2nd June. Opens 12:00pm
No need to book.This is a great meet, with the facilities of Salisbury rugby club available to the campers, Bar, toilets and showers, boules court on site. Bingo, quiz,s and more fun and games. Stewards Kay, Peter, Ian & Sue.

White Mark Farm, Watlington 19th June- 23rd June £12 pun. Opens 12:00pm No booking required.
Lovely site site in a countryside setting. 5 minute walk into Watlington town that has plenty of shops and pubs to peruse. Fun and games with your stewards Mandy & Kieth.

Henley Music festival, Swiss Farm Henley on Thames 9th July - 14th July Opens 12:00pm £18pun No need to book.
5 nights of music down by the river, a short 5minute walk & and a fantastic firework display each night. This years acts include Diana Ross & McFly. Daily music quiz, archery , boules and more fun and games with stewards ian, Sue, Kay & Peter.

Abingdon cricket club THS 25th July - 10th August. No need to book. Opens 12:00pm £14pun.
Visit the pretty town of Abingdon. A hugely popular meet. The site is right next to the river Thames where you can enjoy a walk down the tow path or a boat trip into Oxford. Hopefully there will also be a game or two of cricket to watch and visit the cricket club bar for a social beer. Entertainment all the way through in the evenings. There will be a charity weekend with various events.

Kingstone Blount THS 29th August - 7th September. Opens 12:00pm £14pun.
No need to book. This is a new meet for LTV&W Stewarded by our conker champion Garry Lea and Shirley Lea. I’m anticipating plenty of fun and games, and we can explore new territory.

As soon as you are a member you will be assigned to a District Association (DA). This will be the closest DA to where you live and shown on your membership card. You are then free to go camping with any of the 93 DA's over 13 Regions in the UK.
